Through Tandem’s extensive relationships with convention and visitors bureaus, sports commissions and national governing bodies, we are able to partner with cities and local organizing committees to define and develop successful bid strategies and host applications. Tandem diligently tracks upcoming request for proposals and bid applications to present the best-match opportunities to our clients. Tandem then works with each individual prospective bidder to present their city or venue as a worthwhile – and undeniable – host. Tandem works with cities, commissions and other bidders of any size to find the right event for their capabilities.

After a successful bid, Tandem is also able to advise organizing committees on sponsorship strategy and services for their event.
